Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dynamic OPS AI does with the information you send us through this website. It is written to reflect what actually happens, not to cover us for things we don't do.

Who we are

Dynamic OPS AI builds AI agents that handle lead response, qualification and appointment booking for businesses. This website is operated at dynamicopsagency.com.

If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us on +27 69 785 0557 or at daigon@dynamicopsagency.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, industry, approximate lead volume, and the message you write.

We do not collect payment details, identity document numbers, or any special category personal information through this website.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site performs. These are privacy-preserving and do not use cookies to track you across other websites, which is why this site does not show a cookie consent banner.

Why we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work for you.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted on Vercel, and form submissions are delivered to us through our email and CRM providers. These providers process the information on our instructions in order to deliver the service.

We will only disclose your information beyond that if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted.

Where we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that South African tax and company law requires.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it.

Email daigon@dynamicopsagency.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
